Pay all service fees according to the service contract

All service fees are clearly indicated in your service contract. Payment is made according to the conditions established in your contract. We accept various payment methods, including bank transfers and credit cards.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services. We are not responsible for indirect, consequential or punitive damages. This limitation applies to the extent permitted by law.

Refunds may be available under the following circumstances:
Service Cancellation: Full refund for cancellation within 48 hours of service start and before legal work execution
Partial Services: 70% refund for cancellation after initial consultation but before service activities begin
Quality Issues: Full or partial refund if service quality does not meet agreed standards
Force Majeure: Refund consideration for circumstances beyond our control
The following services are generally not refundable:
Completed consultations
Service materials and preparation services
Legal compliance coaching sessions
Services where client provides false information
To request a refund:
Submit a written refund request within 30 days of service completion
Provide detailed reasons for the refund request
Include supporting documentation
Allow 5-10 business days for processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days and returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
If you disagree with our refund decision, you may request review by our management team. We are committed to resolving all disputes fairly and quickly.
